My cleaner fell ill/left in the middle of my booking. What happens now?
If this ever happens let us know as soon as possible and we will happily find you a replacement cleaning professional. Your new maid will continue on with your regular bookings as normal.
The results are not to my satisfaction. What can I do now?
We take pride in the high standard of cleanliness that our team of cleaning professionals complete. However, if you are ever unhappy with the results then we will offer you a session with another cleaner to re-do the work that meet your standards.
Am I able to give you my house keys?
Of course, that won’t be a problem. A lot of our customers have busy schedules so they are not always able to be there for the booked session. After your first cleaning session your cleaner will be able to collect your house keys but only if they are kept within five minutes from your house.
What time can I have my cleaner arrive to start my session?
Our professional cleaners typically start work between 07:30-08:00am and will complete their final job by 20:30-21:00pm. Our cleaners are available seven days a week as well as on bank holidays, our customers will incur no additional fees for these types of bookings.
You need a parking permit to park outside my home, do I need to get an additional one?
As none of our maids travel to their jobs in cars, this is not required. All of our cleaners will travel to your sessions using public transport, so don’t worry about a thing other than what days and hours are best suited for you.
I want to change my regular session days/times.
Not a problem, if you wish to reschedule any of your bookings then let us know as soon as possible. We will then look into your cleaner’s schedule and find a mutually convenient time. However, if the cleaner is either fully booked or there isn’t a suitable time for you then we will be glad to send you another cleaning professional.
