Our experienced cleaners will transform your space in four easy steps:

Step 1: When you know which day and time is convenient and meets your requirements, download our super easy to use app and book your session with us.

Step 2: Upon arrival, our professional cleaners will get straight on with the tasks in hand, after looking around your home to ensure that they can meet your needs. If your cleaner needs more time booked to finish your checklist, they will notify you whilst at your home.

Step 3: Provide your cleaner with your own checklist and they will work to your priorities. Leaving you with a home that has been freshened up and meets your needs.

Step 4: Before your cleaner will leave your home after the session they will ask you for any feedback you may have. Once you are happy, they will then leave you to enjoy your sparkling new home.

Living Room

Our tasks for your living room can include vacuuming and mopping the floor, where appropriate, dusting all decorations, polishing your windows, cleaning the skirting boards and furniture.

Bedroom

Our services include changing your bedding, dusting your furniture and accessories, polishing your wardrobe, wiping down your door and handles as well as emptying your bin.

Hallway

Our cleaners can offer to clean the skirting boards, wipe down your front door, vacuum carpet or mop the floor as well as spot cleaning your walls and flooring for any pesky marks.

Bathroom

We will disinfect your sink, clean the bathroom tiles, wipe down all cabinets and disinfecting your shower, bath, hard flooring and toilet. As well as cleaning any mirrors, where required.

We can wipe down all surfaces & countertops, thoroughly clean the sink, wipe over your cupboard doors and mopping and disinfecting the flooring. We can also clean your appliances such as oven, hot plates & fridge.

We Can Do More

If your checklist gets completed before your booked session ends your professional cleaner can complete any extra tasks as directed by you, if required. These additional tasks will come with no extra charge to your normal booking rate. You name it, we do it!

What’s the difference between one-off and regular cleaning sessions?

Our one-off cleaning service offers you a more thorough and deeper clean than our regular service. The one-off sessions are there to bring back the cleanliness after parties, before family visits or to just maintain your home. A one-off cleaning session can also be completed by more than just the one cleaner and the checklist that your cleaner works from is tailor made by you.

The results are not to my satisfaction. What can I do now?

We take pride in the high standard of cleanliness that our team of cleaning professionals complete. However, if you are ever unhappy with the results then we will offer you a session with another cleaner to re-do the work that meet your standards.

Can you clean the outside of my window?

While our cleaners can clean your exterior panes, they will mainly focus on the inside of your home. For windows this will include the frames and window sills. As long as the outside panes are within reach, your cleaner will do this task. If you specifically require your exterior windows to be cleaned then we recommend booking a window cleaner instead.

What products will you be using?

Our professional cleaners use a range of products for their sessions. All of the products that are used have all been tried and tested and 100% safe for your home. If your home contains any materials that require very particular products, then ensure that we are informed in good time of your appointment. Additionally, you can provide your own products.

What time can I have my cleaner arrive to start my session?

Our professional cleaners typically start work between 07:30-08:00am and will complete their final job by 20:30-21:00pm. Our cleaners are available seven days a week as well as on bank holidays, our customers will incur no additional fees for these types of bookings.

You need a parking permit to park outside my home, do I need to get an additional one?

As none of our maids travel to their jobs in cars, this is not required. All of our cleaners will travel to your sessions using public transport, so don’t worry about a thing other than what days and hours are best suited for you.

I want to change my regular session days/times.

Not a problem, if you wish to reschedule any of your bookings then let us know as soon as possible. We will then look into your cleaner’s schedule and find a mutually convenient time. However, if the cleaner is either fully booked or there isn’t a suitable time for you then we will be glad to send you another cleaning professional.
