Dust and polish of all decorations, window cleaning and polishing your furniture. We will also vacuum your carpets and mop any floors, where appropriate, and clean your skirting boards.

We will clean the sink and taps while also wiping down the bathroom tiles, cleaning the bath and shower and disinfecting the toilet bowl leaving it gleaming.

Hallways

Dust all decorations, light switches and furniture as well as cleaning or vacuuming the floor/carpet. We will also clean your skirting boards and front door.

We Can Do More

If you require any additional tasks to be completed during your booking, then this can be requested. Please note that these extra tasks cannot include any heavy lifting during your cleaning service.

Kitchens

We will mop all your hard flooring, clean inside all appliances such as the microwave, oven, hot plates and fridge. We will also wash your dishes for you, wipe down your surfaces and empty your bins.

My cleaner fell ill/left in the middle of my booking. What happens now?

If this ever happens let us know as soon as possible and we will happily find you a replacement cleaning professional. Your new maid will continue on with your regular bookings as normal.

The results are not to my satisfaction. What can I do now?

We take pride in the high standard of cleanliness that our team of cleaning professionals complete. However, if you are ever unhappy with the results then we will offer you a session with another cleaner to re-do the work that meet your standards.

Am I able to give you my office keys?

Of course, that won’t be a problem. A lot of our customers have busy schedules so they are not always able to be there for the booked session.

What time can I have my cleaner arrive to start my session?

Our professional cleaners typically start work between 07:30-08:00am and will complete their final job by 20:30-21:00pm. Our cleaners are available seven days a week as well as on bank holidays, our customers will incur no additional fees for these types of bookings.

I want to change my regular session days/times.

Not a problem, if you wish to reschedule any of your bookings then let us know as soon as possible. We will then look into your cleaner’s schedule and find a mutually convenient time. However, if the cleaner is either fully booked or there isn’t a suitable time for you then we will be glad to send you another cleaning professional.
