With our all-inclusive cleaning services in London, our cleaning professionals will work to your customized checklist. We will focus on your internal cleaning within your living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and hallways on the tasks that you require to be done.
Our cleaning service offers a thorough and in-depth clean. We will clean the inside of kitchen appliances, clean sink and taps, clean the bath and shower, disinfect the toilet, clean the skirting boards, vacuum and mop flooring. We will also take care of the internal window cleaning, dusting of all accessories, empty the bins, clean doors and handles and even change your bedding and wash the dishes. You name it, we can do it!
Hourly Cleaning Service
When our professionals arrive to complete your booking, we will focus on the tasks you have listed as priorities first. Once those have been completed, if there is any time left over your cleaner will then complete other tasks you outlined needing to be done.
Please note that we can only complete what we can during the allotted time. When making your booking allow sufficient time for all of your cleaning requirements. You will also need to notify us if you wish to provide your own cleaning products.

Before your booking time please ensure that all heavy furniture has been moved, if they are likely to be in the way of your cleaning professional. While we offer a range of services our professionals will not do any heavy lifting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My cleaner had to leave suddenly, what do I do?
A: If, for whatever reason, your cleaner must leave during your booking then please notify us of this as soon as possible. We will find you a replacement who can continue with your scheduled bookings, as normal.
Q: I’m not happy with the results.
A: We always take pride in the quality of cleanliness and hygiene that our team provide our customers with. However, if you are left unsatisfied then we will offer you an additional session with a different cleaner to complete the tasks to your standards.
Q: Do I have to be home?
A: Absolutely not! Some of our customers are unable to be there for their booked session and need to leave their keys somewhere for us to collect and drop off. Once you have had your first cleaning session with us we will then be able to collect your keys from a location of your choice, as long as it is within five minutes of your home.
Q: How early can you come?
A: Our team of professional cleaners start work between 07:30 and 8:00am. They will complete their jobs by 20:30-21:00pm, at the latest. Our professional cleaners are available seven days a week and this includes all bank holidays.
Q: You need a parking permit in my area, what do I do?
A: This is not a problem as none of our cleaners will travel to your home via car. All of our professionals use public transport to travel between locations so do not worry about a single thing other than choosing a day and time that is convenient for you.
Q: Can I change my booking days or times?
A: Absolutely! If you ever need to reschedule your booked sessions, then notify us as soon as possible. We can then look at your regular cleaner’s schedule and book you in the next open space. However, if they are not available at a time that is convenient for you then we can send out a different cleaner.
